TMA Center Kick-a-Thon 2026

The Martial Arts Center is hosting a "Kick-A-Thon" to benefit the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta on March 21, 2026. The fundraiser is open to the public.

The center treats more than 500 new cancer patients each year and follows the largest pediatric hematology program in the country treating patients with sickle cell disease, hemophilia and other blood disorders. Patients range from infants to young adults.

Michael Hernandez, Shihan, a 6th Degree Black Belt and owner of The Martial Arts Center, is himself a cancer survivor. He knows firsthand the battles these children wage to survive and reclaim their lives.

Students are encouraged to set up a fundraising page here and collect flat donations and pledges per kick. We want this to be a fun and easy experience for you. This site is meant for you to create a personal web page it takes a matter of minutes to set up a page. Once you have set up a page you can personalize the page with your own image and message. Then you are ready to send the page out to friends, family, business associates, social groups, etc.
