From Juvenile Arthritis to the Speedway Spin

Thank you for helping me reach my fundraising goal in support of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta!
As many of you know, my nephew has been in the hospital more on than off since January 5. Thankfully he received the surgery he so desperately needed and he is doing VERY well, thanks to Egleston Children's Hospital (part of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta).
Because of his stay, I'm trying to do my part to support him and the amazing staff at Egleston by fundraising through the Speedway Spin! I'll be riding 15 miles (this is my first riding event, so I'm starting small).
I myself have been in the care the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. When I was a child, I was diagnosed with juvenile osteo-arthritis. I still have arthritis, but thanks to the CHOA doctor I visited regularly as a kid, I know how to avoid and handle the pain. Part of my pain management comes through cycling!
So here I am, raising money for the organization that helped me through pain, and cycling to do it!
Please join me in raising money for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta to show your appreciation for my and my nephew's well-being!
