Santa Tradition For CHOA Day Rehab Program - Rob Gayle Personal Page updated 2023
Currey Gayle (my father) volunteered to play Santa at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta for over 25 years. It was one of the highlights of his entire year and he took such pride in this tradition. When he passed in 2020, I had "BIG" shoes to fill and was so honored to be continuing this tradition in his footsteps. I have been playing the part of Santa for the last 3 years for the kids in the CHOA Day Rehabilitation Program. This donation web page is only in its second year and we have lofty goal of raising $23,000 for 2023. We raised roughly $9K in 2022 so the push for 2023 is $14K. We got this.
Reminder- I am collecting donations that go directly to the CHOA Day Rehabilitation Program in the Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Unit. They will use the donations to purchase gifts for the kids and equipment they need to support their daily rehab efforts.
Thank you for helping me reach my fundraising goal in support of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Day Rehabilitation Program in the Brian and Spinal Cord Injury Unt. Your contribution is greatly appreciated.
By the way-11Alive News featured a story on my Dad playing Santa in 2019 for CHOA Day Rehabilitation Program and than reran the story with additional footage in Nov 2020 after he passed. So amazing to see his impact and how much it meant to him.
Blessed,
Rob Gayle and the entire Gayle Family (Pat Gayle "mom", Kasey Gayle "lovely wife", Jennie Gayle Douglas (sister), Michael Douglas (brother in law) and plus our kids.
