Thank you for helping Sawyer (bone marrow recipient), and his twin Saxton (bone marrow donor) reach their goal in support of the Sickle Cell Program at the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Sawyer was born with sickle cell ss, and last year this time, he went through his life-saving bone marrow transplant! Last year was the first time the twins were separated from each other and even had to celebrate their 4th birthday apart because Sawyer was in the hospital. Thanks to the Staff at Children’s, and Saxton, Sawyer is now sickle cell SS FREE! So in honor of their 5th birthday, they get to spend together; in place of gifts, the boys wanted to show their thanks and find a way to give back to sickle cell kids in need!
